We are a fast paced, rapid growth software company based in the CBD. We provide accounting software to the legal sector throughout Australia and need a specialist who can provide training and support to our clients!
A successful candidate will be a trained accountant/bookkeeper with experience using software like LEAP or Locus, 0 experience with QuickBooks needed. You must have passion for helping your clients and your business, a keen traveller and focus on delivering results.
The role:
- Customer support via email, zoom and phone calls
- Software and bug testing
- Technical documentation writing
- Deploy upgrades to client sites
Skills required:
- 2+ years’ experience in legal bookkeeping
- Accounting qualifications
- Experience with practice management software
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Understanding of SSRS
- Experience with MYOB
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
