Associate or Senior Associate – Corporate – Bristol – Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Corporate Solicitor to join a highly collaborative Bristol-based team working on high quality corporate transactions.

The role will involve:

• Leading mid market M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs and PE/VC investments, with responsibility for strategy, negotiations and matter management
• Working as part of a close knit team with exposure to the full range of corporate work and clients, without rigid sub teams
• Advising a broad client base including listed and unlisted companies, PE/VC backed businesses, investors, management teams and founders
• Supporting business development, networking and profile raising activity, while contributing to a strong in person culture and mentoring junior team members

The successful candidate will be: A qualified solicitor with around two years’ PQE or more, experienced in complex corporate transactions, confident working independently, commercially minded, and committed to collaboration.
