Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid

Working closely with partners, Solicitors, business services teams, and technology specialists, the successful candidate will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, transparency, and client experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing and redesigning legal workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
• Identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and legal technology solutions
• Facilitating workshops and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation projects
• Creating process maps, playbooks, operating models, and implementation plans
• Supporting the adoption of new technologies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Applicants should possess at least 3 years' PQE, alongside experience in legal operations, process improvement, legal project management, consulting, or transformation. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process design skills are essential.
