Property Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid
A Bristol office of a forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Property Solicitor to join its specialist team, working on a diverse and often complex property portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across a unique mix of transactions involving historic titles, charitable landholdings, and commercial property matters, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, advising on sales, leases, and wider land issues, while working closely with colleagues across the broader property group. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work and is keen to deepen their knowledge in a niche and evolving area of practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing transactions involving land and buildings, including sales, leases, and title creation
- Advising on legal issues relating to boundaries, rights of way, and land ownership
- Drafting and negotiating leases, easements, and associated documentation
- Handling complex matters involving unregistered land and historic title investigation
This role would suit a solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE and experience across commercial, residential, or rural property. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential, alongside an interest in developing specialist expertise.
