Solicitor – Commercial Property – Bath – Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly respected Real Estate team based in Bath. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts, licences and other real estate documentation
• Advising clients on development projects, property finance transactions and strategic real estate matters
• Building strong relationships with clients while delivering responsive and commercially focused legal advice
• Supporting business development initiatives, networking activities and the continued growth of the team

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service. They will be organised, collaborative and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
