Real Estate Associate – Cheltenham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Associate to join a thriving Cheltenham-based team delivering high quality work, in Gloucestershire. You’ll enjoy a supportive, friendly environment with a strong sense of community, while also collaborating closely with colleagues across UK and international offices.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial and real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, investment deals, disposals, and portfolio transactions. You’ll be part of a dynamic group working across key industry sectors, known for its practical, commercial, approach.

This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is keen to develop their career within a collegiate, highly regarded team. You’ll work with investors, developers and occupiers, building lasting client relationships and delivering a premium, responsive service.

A background in residential and regeneration development would be ideal for this role. Applications from candidates with 2+ PQE will be considered.
