Solicitor – Commercial – Bristol – Hybrid

The role will involve:

• Advising clients on GDPR, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, data processing agreements and technology-related documentation
• Supporting clients through data breaches, subject access requests and risk management issues
• Delivering compliance audits, privacy impact assessments and tailored training programmes
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development across the technology sector

The successful candidate will likely have 2-5 years' PQE, a strong commercial mindset and proven experience advising clients on data protection and privacy matters. They will be confident building client relationships, delivering pragmatic advice and operating within a fast-paced commercial environment. Relevant privacy accreditations would be welcomed but are by no means essential.
