Solicitor – Commercial Litigation – Bristol – Hybrid

A well regarded Commercial Litigation team is looking to recruit a talented Solicitor to support its growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of civil litigation matters (excluding personal injury), acting for both Claimants and Defendants on complex contractual disputes. The team is highly collaborative, supportive and committed to professional development.

The Role:
You will advise clients on a wide variety of contentious matters, working closely with businesses to develop effective dispute resolution strategies and achieve the best possible commercial outcomes. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of high-value commercial disputes from instruction through to resolution
• Advising on complex contractual, company and shareholder disputes, as well as professional negligence claims
• Handling intellectual property, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes across a range of industries
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes and litigation proceedings
• Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercially focused advice aligned with business objectives
