The Role
We are seeking a driven and technically minded Graduate Aftersales Engineer to support our customers post-installation. This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service and engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding installed systems
- Assist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Work closely with senior engineers on aftersales projects and service visits
- Support commissioning and upgrades of equipment where required
- Prepare service reports and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Help improve aftersales processes and customer satisfaction
- Occasional travel to customer sites
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (preferred) or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop engineering knowledge in a practical environment
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
