Kelly Services is recruiting a Accounts Payable Accountant- Italian Speaker (M/F) , for our client Siemens S.A., located in Alfragide.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Accounts Payable Team you will be in constant contact with the customers and Vendor/Siemens partners to solve any outstanding issues between them. You will be, primary, responsible for the AP external Vendor Accounts as well as you will be directly involved with other AP topics:
- Receive and entry vendor invoices;
- Clarification with customer if necessary;
- Posting vendor invoices;
- Debit balances control;
- Other activities related with management of vendor accounts.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge in Italian and English; Portuguese will be a plus;
- Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong communication skills;
- Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
- Result & Deadline orientation;
- Good organization skills;
- Flexibility;
- Learning attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment;
