Kelly Services is recruiting a Corporate Credit Control, for our client. It's a global leader in industrial supply chain solutions, in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to group accounting consolidation director you are the pivot point of entry for shared services, zones and subsidiaries with the end-to-end goal to ensure efficient outstanding monitoring, strong credit management and dunning performance.
- Validate global credit management policy with group CFO and roll it out in all geographies.
- Lead transformation strategy for the credit management function by identifying key drivers for change
- Pilot and coordinate credit management function in order to ensure efficient client risk monitoring and cash optimization.
- Challenge subsidiaries working capital performance, run credit management assessment on new customer prior to final onboarding.
- Implement new tools and standard processes, promote credit management best practices to positively impact working capital ensure collection action plan follow up and efficiency.
- Produce monthly reporting KPI’s at destination to Group CFO, shared services, zones and subsidiaries with high quality delivery and timely submission.
- Ongoing focus on process improvement, use and integrate technology to innovate and enhance current operating landscape.
- Ensure customer and supplier data base maintenance with high level reliability and develop necessary partnerships.
- Lead monthly credit management review with all zones
- Develop proactive collaboration with global account managers
Requirements:
- Graduation in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
- Strong experience working in a multicultural environment and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Relevant and similar international experience in Corporate finance within industrial services
- Knowledge in Excel, SAP, Sidetrade and Mobis
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Quickly adapt to challenging environment in order to embrace transformation and apply needed changes
- High sense of organization with the ability to change things and to lead global project initiatives while being customer centric
