Financial Business Partner – Exeter | 12-Month Contract | Up to £55,000-£60,000

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Supporting statutory and regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance
• Collaborating with business managers to interpret financial results and advise on decisions
• Identifying process improvements and delivering proactive financial guidance

Who we’re looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA qualified
• Post-qualification experience in financial control or group reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable in a hybrid role bridging management and technical accounting
