There are four key divisions within the business: Commercial, Streetworks, Telecoms, and Recruitment. Your Role: We are looking for a dynamic and personable Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the recruitment division, to manage key clients and source candidates across the utilities, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors recruiting Quantity Surveyors of all levels. Working closely with the Business Manager and Recruitment Director there will be a clear and structured progression and training plan in place to ensure you have all the key business skills to become a top biller, including client management, candidate search, and selection, headhunting, and fee negotiating.
Your Background: To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you will need to be a hardworking and ambitious individual with a can-do attitude. Ideally, you will come from a sales background, however, this isn’t essential as there will be a team on hand to support you and get you up to speed. In addition, you will need to have strong communication and people skills
