Senior Quantity Surveyor (DPL23) Birmingham, England

Salary: GBP57000 - GBP67000 per annum + car/allowance

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor  

Location: Birmingham (B3 1UP) + remote 2-3 days per week    

Salary: up to £67,000 + company car/car allowance (£6,500) + bonus

About the Role: Do you want to be part of a successful, dynamic, forward-thinking business? Do you have a proactive approach and enjoy an engaging fast-paced role? Due to their continued growth, this well-known industry leader are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their rail team in Birmingham, working on a number of rail/civils projects valued upwards of £5m+ each. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage project costs from concept to completion and through to the end of defects liability, overseeing contractual commitments, challenging and supporting to identify best value solutions. With excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues, and supply chain partners.

Required Experience: To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you will need to be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors, although rail experience would be advantageous. It’s worth noting that this client will also consider a Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step up!
