Desktop Support Technician – Liverpool – 23K

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an exciting organisation based in Liverpool. This company is looking for someone who is passionate for IT and would like to work on their Service Desk. The ideal candidate will be an effective 1st Line Support Engineer looking to break into a 2nd Line Support position.

Office 365 - Windows 7/10 - Active Directory - TCP/IP – DNS

Technical Skills:

• Active Directory
• Exchange
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN
• Group Policy
• Office 365 administration

Responsibilities:

• First point of call for customers
• Managing 1st to 2nd line incidents
• Escalating issues to 3rd line teams
• Troubleshooting and basic administration
• IT Support relating to technical issues
• Customer Service
• Good decision-making skills
• Good problem-solving skills
