- On-site role across Melbourne CBD locations - 5 days per week
This is a great opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join a busy, collaborative team supporting a multi-site environment, delivering high-quality support both remotely and on-site. This is an initial 6-month engagement which is highly likely to be extended.
About you
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the business.
- Experience in desktop support, field support or end user support roles (3+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, end user devices and associated peripherals.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Experience supporting technologies such as AV systems, telephony or communications infrastructure.
- Relevant IT qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent experience).
- Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required.
About the role
- Provide Level 1/2 end user support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Deliver both remote and face-to-face support across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues to restore services quickly.
- Support a range of technologies including end user devices, communications systems and site-based infrastructure.
- Manage and track incidents through to resolution, ensuring strong user communication throughout.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster as part of the support team.
