Deployment Engineer/IT Floorwalker – Deployment/PAYE – Sandwell
Deployment Engineer/IT Floorwalker required to work for a leading client in the Sandwell area. You are coming on board to work on a transformation project of work, including the configuration and deployment of laptops and devices for internal users in preparation of an increase in remote working.
This role requires you to work via PAYE.
Key skills,
- Extensive experience acting as a Deployment engineer/Floorwalker
- Experience with installation onto laptops, mobile devices, servers etc.
- Experience providing support to user queries/problems
- Experience escalating issues to second line support teams in past roles
- Comfortable maintaining logs of queries and resolutions.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
