Service Manager – Azure/ITIL/SC Cleared – UK
Service Manager required for a leading client in the UK. You will be required to have strong project management experience and an understanding of best practices around overall management of cloud environments.
A suitable candidate must have the availability to travel in the UK.
SC Clearance is essential for this role!!!
Key Skills Required;
- Extensive Service Transition Management experience
- Strong process management experience
- Microsoft technology background
- A background with Azure would be highly desirable
- Governance background (journey to cloud programme)
- Business readiness experience (readiness to transition to cloud)
- Experience gathering complex requirements while adapting to project scope and changing environments
- Conflict management, ensuring involvement of different teams from the customer organisation whilst considering all constraints
- Be up to date with the newest cloud service management methodologies and tools
- Previous experience using tools such as Portals, Admin Centres, API’s etc
- A suitable candidate will hold a valid SC Clearance
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- ITIL Expert
- Cloud Computing Foundation
- ISO 20000
