Business Analyst – Process Re-design/Business Readiness – Coventry
Business Analyst required for our leading client based in Coventry. You are coming on board to work on a large transformation project and a suitable candidate will ideally have previous experience working on a contact centre consolidation project.
This role will require occasional travel to other UK sites.
Key Skills,
- Extensive Business Analysis experience ideally working on a contact centre consolidation project
- Must have a background with process design and re-design
- Business change projects
- Business readiness background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management ability
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
