Commercial IT Project Manager – IT Tender – Milton Keynes & Remote
Outside IR35
Commercial IT Project Manager required for a leading customer based in Milton Keynes. You are coming on board to deliver end to end IT Tenders in a heavily outsourced environment – the selected candidate will manage the delivery of several high-profile tenders including but not limited to Data Centre Migrations, Retail Networks, and large IT infrastructure and service desk contracts.
Key Skills,
- Writing, building, and delivering IT Tenders within an ITIL environment
- Excellent understanding of IT procurement processes
- Previous experience working within an outsource environment
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple IT procurement projects
- Adhere to governance
- Manage 3rd party suppliers
- Work closely with technical stakeholders ensuring requirements are translated into designs and deliverables
- Excellent understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Key Responsibilities,
- Forecast and manage budgets
- Manage risks, issues and opportunities
- Plan, execute and finalise projects according to deadlines and within budget
- Adhere to procurement processes
