Product Owner – Inside IR35/MS Dynamics 365 – London & Remote
Inside IR35 – Must operate via an Umbrella
Product Owner required for a leading customer based in London, although there will be some onsite work, most of this assignment can be completed remotely due to COVID restrictions.
A suitable candidate must have recent assignment experience as a ‘product owner’ ideally with exposure to D365.

- Recent Product Owner assignment experience
- Manage product roadmap – help users get most out of product
- CRM – ideally MS Dynamics 365/CRM
- Business analysis and requirement skills
- Managing stakeholders to enable strategic decision making - facilitate discussions around backlog
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Understanding of data and systems including integration of data processes
- Agile methodologies
- Manage product backlog – write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Set strategic priorities
- Manage service/product to end users
- Technology management and delivery
- Case and claims management process
- Clear verbal, written and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities,
- Lead strategic prioritisation for system capability development
- Advice supply chain on how they can best support the project roadmap
- Work with architecture team to update data model, scheme, and dictionary
- Manage data governance regime and data assurance plan
