2nd Line Support Engineer – DBS/Win10 – Ealing
Part time – 3 days onsite per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

- Windows 10 Desktop, fault finding, updates to firmware
- Application support – finance & management systems
- Ticket processing & SLA management
- Group Policy
- Audio Visual experience – fixing issues, display, sound
- Active Directory
- Office 365, administration and migration
- Mailbox management
- Hardware experience, desktop and laptop. Upgrades, SSD or memory
- DBS cleared (desirable)
- Switch & Firewall configuration (desirable)
- SIMS (desirable)
- Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills
