Senior Associate – Employment (Contentious)

Our longstanding and award winning client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Associate to join their well established Employment team with a strong focus on contentious matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable lawyer to take a leading role in complex employment disputes and client advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to employment tribunal claims
• Prepare witness statements and manage disclosure processes
• Advise clients directly and attend client meetings
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• Proven track record in managing contentious employment matters
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to support colleagues
