 Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency and quality
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Support the introduction of new products into production
  • Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making
  • Provide video analysis of best working practices, analysis that operators on the shop floor can follow and adhere too.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field would be a bonus.
  • Proven experience working as a Production / Manufacturing / Process Engineer in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to provide training and development for operators on the shop floor, input working practices to be followed and adhered too.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
