The Opportunity:
DO YOU HAVE MAIN ROADS EXPERIENCE?
Our client has been operating in WA for 30 years delivering civil infrastructure, mining services and urban renewal projects to the public and private sector. Their Civil and Mining businesses provide civil construction, including bulk earthworks, road and rail construction and concrete installation.
They are currently searching for an experienced HSE Manager with MRWA experience to join the team on a permanent basis in a site-based role in the Perth metro.
The role:
- Oversee all aspects of HSEQ within the business.
- Update, implement and drive safety procedures, policies, systems, and processes.
- Monitor all financial aspects of Health and Safety.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure the company remains compliant.
- Maintain ISO Accreditations.
- Conduct Audits and reporting data.
- Liaising and communicating with stakeholders – clients and other contractors.
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Advisors, and Senior Advisors, ensuring best practice.
- Reporting to relevant stakeholders and management team.
The Requirements:
- Relevant HSE/WHS qualifications.
- ISO Accreditation experience.
- Lead Auditor Qualifications.
- Previous experience leading a team/having direct reports.
- 5+ years of experience in an HSE Senior/Management level role.
- EXPERIENCE IN MAIN ROADS AND CIVIL CONSTRUCTION/INFRASTRUCURE
