This is a key hire for a national non-profit seeking a financial professional who is driven by achieving social and financial outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing impact-first investments and innovative financing solutions. This role will also contribute to talent management and talent development efforts.  

Key responsibilities:  

• Identify available funding sources and structure investment capital to allow for achievement of both financial and impact objectives  
• Design, develop and deploy impact funds programs  
• Manage ongoing communications with investors, providing project updates and fielding questions  

• Collaborate across the firm to design and execute outreach strategies with external stakeholders  
• Provide oversight of impact measurement and financial reporting 
• Support the firm’s talent management efforts via recruiting, coaching, goal setting, mentoring, and ongoing performance management 
• Represent the firm in public forums and/or contribute to various publications 

Experiences sought:  

• At least ten years of experience in structuring financings and managing financial transactions in community, commercial or investment banking, private credit, private equity and municipal or agency finance.  
• Experience influencing and working with a variety of stakeholders 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  

• Experience with working across multiple priorities simultaneously and comfort in a team-based and fast-changing environment  
• An entrepreneurial approach to work and excitement about innovations that can catalyze large scale system improvements  
• Experience managing and developing direct reports  
• Direct experience with workforce development entities will be a plus
