We are recruiting for a skilled Carpenter / Wood Machinist / Paint Sprayer to join a busy production team. This is a temp-to-perm role offering long-term opportunity and a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday).

Key Duties

• Operate within the Machine Shop and Spray Shop
• Check sizes, designs, and quantities against job specs
• Spray items to a high-quality finish (“Right First Time”)
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
• Carry out any rework as required
• Maintain high quality standards and accurate records
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, wood machining, or paint spraying
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow drawings and instructions
• Team player with a proactive attitude

£14.00 per hour | Immediate start available
