JOB DESCRIPTION:
Welfare Labourer required for one of the UK’s leading mixed-tenure developer, who bring together modern and efficient methods to create sustainable communities. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking welfare labourer to assist our client with a project based in Paddock Wood, Kent. Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is available near this project.
This welfare labourer contract will be ongoing, with hours of 7:45- 4:00, Monday-Friday and there may be an option to work overtime on the weekends at a higher rate.
Additional training and potential for a full time contract will be given to the right candidate.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- General cleaning of site; office, bathrooms, and site plots.
- May need to assist with trades on site
- Assisting the site management team
Requirements for the role
- A valid CSCS card
- The ability to perform physical manual labour
- You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
- Own tools not required
