We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for our Killarney based client. Reporting to the CFO, as Commercial Finance Manager your will be responsible for all financial aspects for several entities within the group including a hotel, apartments, and an asset management company.
Managing a team of 2, in time this can become a hybrid role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day accounting and lead a small Finance team.
- Migrating the Finance and Accounting function from an outsourced model to an inhouse model.
- Undertake annual the Budgeting Process and Financial forecasts
- Cashflow Management
- Proactive in introducing innovative approaches to revenue and cost efficiencies.
- Develop financial strategies to meet financial targets.
- Monitor Internal Controls, Process and KPIs
- Managing the banking relationship
- Assisting the team in improving revenue opportunities.
- Work with Management team on Implementing Business Strategy
- Presentations to the CFO and the Board of Directors on the financial performance
Ideally you will have a degree in finance/accounting with a recognised professional qualification ACCA, CIMA or ACA. Relevant commercial experience plus experience within a hospitality setting with be an advantage.
