- £13.28 per hour (entitled to the quality bonus which is guaranteed £50 per week min average 5k)

My client are looking for a Quality Assurance & Control Technician to join their growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Determine the root cause of defects and action preventative improvement tasks to support stakeholder actions, including the utilization of practical problem solving / 8D methods.
- Updating and maintenance of Quality information to support the reporting of accurate KPI’s.
- Provide support in calibration of production tooling.
- Provide support to assigned Production areas to control in-process quality.
- Quality engineer on production line
- Running weekly stakeholder meetings to feedback problems, feedback and resolutions.
- 3-4 production lines to manage quality on.
- Maintaining quality for open lines.
- Raising IQN (internal quality notes).

- Manufacturing background, automotive background would be well suited.
- Forward thinking.
- Able to hold their own in a conversation.
- Vast quality knowledge.
- Supervisory knowledge would be beneficial.
- Quality inspection would suit.
