The company has developed a unique on-demand production platform and is looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Sales Representative to take ownership of a rapidly growing business unit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow the on-demand manufacturing business line.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, product development, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through to order conversion.
• Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer success.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Gather customer insights and market feedback to influence future business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, growth sales, or business development roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building and scaling business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable engaging with technical customers and manufacturing-focused industries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Interest in advanced manufacturing, engineering, 3D printing, or industrial technology is highly desirable.
