Practice Nurse
An award winning Leeds based surgery has an opportunity for a practice nurse to join their solid team of clinicians. This practice boasts good facilities, good team ethic and is a highly regarded practice with high satisfaction rates, as well as very well behaved patients.
There is superb administration support with read code scanners to help with workflow and this position gives you the opportunity in the future to develop your skills both clinically as well as through leadership. The ideal practice nurse will be confident with chronic disease management in COPD, diabetes, asthma and usual nurse duties such as Immunisations.

Hours: Full or Part Time
Salary: Dependent on Experience (£35,000 - £39,000) + Good Annual Leave + BH + Indemnity + NHS Pension + Support
Registration Requirements: Full GMC Registration
