This role is suitable for Practice Nurses who are confident with Chronic Disease Management as well as Immunisations.
Details and Requirements:
Location: Huddersfield
Hours: Full or Part Time Hours (37.5 hours) – full time can be over 4 days
Salary Range (WTE): £32,000 - £38,000 + Indemnity + NHS Pension + Annual Leave + Study + BH Registration Requirements: Full NMC Registration
