Recruitment Consultant / Resource Management Specialist – Spalding (PE11)

£13.00–£14.00 per hour | Temp to Perm | Full Training Provided

We are looking for a motivated, people‑focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Spalding PE11. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with candidates, staying organised, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Full training is provided, so you don’t need previous recruitment experience — just the right attitude.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and posting engaging job adverts across job boards and social media
• Screening and interviewing candidates, giving clear guidance on roles and the recruitment process
• Supporting candidates through registration, including Right to Work checks
• Hosting face‑to‑face sign‑up days and local attraction events
• Managing your candidate pipeline and providing daily updates
• Building strong relationships with your team and supporting staffing needs
• Visiting clients on-site to build the relationship.

What you need

• Confident communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
• Able to stay organised, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible when needed (including occasional after‑hours calls)
• Full UK driving licence & access to own transport.
