IT Supplier Manager for IT Mgmt. Logistics Europe (m/f/d) (80426) ,
Position Account-abilities: Responsible for the overall management and control of already existing internal and external suppliers.
For our location in Frankfurt am Main / Germany we are looking for an IT Supplier Manager (m/f/d).
Tasks: In your role your focus is on evaluating the existing suppliers according to defined supplier performance criteria, manages key supplier relationships, ensures compliance and contributes to a high-level of customer satisfaction. You will also support the IT budgeting and rolling forecasting to generate IT cost transparency. You will be disciplinary and functionally reporting to the Head of Services & Operations Europe.
Main tasks:
- Supporting the execution of strategic IT supplier relationship management, including strategic planning of IT suppliers, definition of supplier evaluation criteria with other IT departments (KPIs), monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, performing regular supplier review meetings and carrying out benchmarking
- Supporting the overall contract management with internal and external IT suppliers including monitoring and performance of contract renewals, extensions and terminations (checking of contract relevance)
- Facilitating the management of IT purchase order & sourcing requests and associated processes
- Controlling services & cost from internal and external suppliers
- Managing the ordering processes with external providers
- Managing the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable and invoicing & billing (Invoice handling)
- Supporting the steering of the departmental saving program, benefits realization and performance mgmt. related to internal and external suppliers
- SPOC for IT Supplier Mgmt. tasks and builds the interface to IT Governance Europe, Global IT CL Governance, IT Projects Managers Europe and Finance Europe
