Salary: AUD75000 - AUD80000 per annum

About the role

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that client services are delivered according to agreed terms i.e., timely, high quality, compliant and in line with service levels.

Duties:

  • Building strong client relationships with a focus on delivery
  • Provide accurate and timely end-to-end contractor payroll services
  • Superannuation and other legislative and statutory obligations
  • Contractor & Employee on-boarding
  • Liaising and supporting clients and contractors with timesheet and payroll queries
  • Assistance with documenting processes and identifying ongoing improvements
  • Clients bookkeeping services when required
  • Provide support to the Implementation team and prepare Operations for successful go-lives.
  • Sales support e.g. quotes, proposals and presentations as needed
  • Ensure payroll delivery adheres to compliance standards

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with awards, employment conditions/entitlements and legislation, with the ability to interpret, apply, calculate a range of allowances, salary packages
  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry highly regarded
  • Can work with a high level of confidentiality & attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; out of the box thinking.
  • Ability to multitask
