About the Role
Utilising your extensive MicrOpay knowledge & experience, this autonomous position will see you be responsible for:
- Processing end to end payroll using MicrOpay
- Perform all aspects of payroll & HR duties such as Work Cover, ESS portal & contracts
- Manage & improve all employee management & remuneration policies
- Complete the system implementation of Ento T&A system
- Ability to understand and perform Super and Tax calculations
- Ability to interpret EBA’s and Awards efficiently
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in using MicrOpay is essential
- Previous experience processing payroll in a standalone position is essential
- Strong HR knowledge & experience, and the ability to present this to executive management
- Clear communication with team members and external stakeholders
- Experience in process improvements & system implementations
