About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People your duties will include:

  • Oversee and manage a small payroll team
  • Successfully process end to end fortnightly payroll, using ADP
  • HR and Payroll reporting 
  • Support the firm with queries 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the function
  • Streamline processes and identify process improvements
  • Identify development opportunities & maintain stakeholder relationships

Skills & Experience 

  • Strong experience in a similar full function management role 
  • Ability to operate in a changing environment and hit the ground running
  • Experience using ADP critical
  • An ability to start immediately
