About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People your duties will include:
- Oversee and manage a small payroll team
- Successfully process end to end fortnightly payroll, using ADP
- HR and Payroll reporting
- Support the firm with queries
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the function
- Streamline processes and identify process improvements
- Identify development opportunities & maintain stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in a similar full function management role
- Ability to operate in a changing environment and hit the ground running
- Experience using ADP critical
- An ability to start immediately
