About the role
Have the opportunity to work alongside an encouraging, friendly and, loyal business reporting directly to the Payroll Team Lead. This position is processing Payroll within a medium to large sized company using Affinity, there is complexity in this role but also a highly supportive Payroll Manager to educate you.
Duties:
- Perform accurate end to end Payroll using Affinity
- Process leave calculations, long service, maternity and parental leave.
- Have the ability to interpret EBA’s and Awards well.
- Understand and perform Super and Tax calculations
- Communicate exceptionally well witch colleagues and the Management team
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience with Affinity is preferred but not essential
- Previously processed Payroll within a medium sized company is necessary
- Exceptional communication within a team
- Positive, encouraging and supportive qualities
- Ability to communicate clearly and become a part of a team environment
