JOB DESCRIPTION
- Architectural design of Elevated Stations
- Architectural design of Underground Stations
- Proof check technical proposals, drawings of the architectural works
- Preparation of design/drawings along with specifications covering all aspects of station design such as multi modal integration, spatial modelling, overcrowding controls, information signage, multi modal exchange, traffic movement, parking facilities, entry exit and evacuation facilities, public amenities, etc.
- Design layout of the stations / depots in conjunction with inputs from all sub-groups and finalize the requirement of equipment room, platform, operation services, and ticketing systems.
- Preparation of requirements of staircase, lift and escalators including access for special abled commuters.
- Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Client.
Min Requirements
- Minimum 20 Years post minimum qualification experience in the corresponding discipline of the position.
- Relevant Experience-5 years experience in similar activities defined in Roles and responsibility in Section-08 Scope of work, Annexure-09 at the same position or equivalent as the proposed position for any Rail based transit system.
or
- Total combined experience of 10 years in similar activities defined in Roles and responsibility in Section-08 Scope of work, Annexure-09 at the same/one level below position or equivalent as the proposed position for any Rail based transit system.
- Eligible Work-Experience of one "Eligible Work" as defined in above para (a) at one level below/ same position or equivalent as the proposed position.
