COMMERCIAL CLEANER

We are currently recruiting a dependable and adaptable Commercial Cleaner to join a commercial cleaning service, covering sites in Grimsby with occasional cover required in York offering a pay rate of up to £13.50ph.

Shift Pattern

32 hours per week requiring flexibility on hours

Start Date / Duration

The Commercial Cleaner role is a Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, we will work around any notice period you may have with your current employer. 

The Role

As a Commercial Cleaner, your duties will involve a mix of regular office cleaning and void cleans, requiring flexibility in both hours and locations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing varied cleaning tasks, and travelling between sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning commercial offices in Grimsby 90% of the time with occasional office cleaning required in York – a company van will be provided for this commute
• Carrying out void cleans to a high standard
• Cleaning communal areas, kitchens, toilets, and workspaces
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Following health & safety and COSHH guidelines
• Reporting any issues or supply requirements

About You

To be considered for the position of Commercial Cleaner you must have;

·       Previous commercial cleaning experience required

• Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willingness to travel between Grimsby and York
