Warehouse Operatives – Activewear Brand
Location: Uddingston
Hours: Full Time (40 hrs) & Part Time options available
Overtime: Paid at an enhanced rate
Shifts: Monday to Sunday – 5 over 7 shift pattern (Days, Backs, and Nights)

About the Role

Major Recruitment are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a fast-growing activewear brand based in Uddingston. You’ll be working in a clean, modern warehouse environment supporting the distribution of lightweight activewear and lifestyle products.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active at work without heavy lifting and who want to be part of a brand focused on movement, wellbeing, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, scanning, and sorting activewear products
Preparing orders for dispatch with care and accuracy
Maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail
Working efficiently to meet daily targets
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting different warehouse areas as required

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
Comfortable with light to moderate manual handling (no heavy lifting involved)
Able to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced environment
Team player with flexibility across a 5 over 7 shift pattern
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
