A well established and growing precision engineer business based in the York area is recruiting for an experienced Design Engineer.   

As the Design Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Manage the full drawing and design process, liaising with customers, developing CAD drawings, communicate drawings to the Engineering team.
• Create NC programmes using InventorCAM
• Manage and help resolve any non-conforming products.
• Assist in creating programs for machines.
• Assist in managing enquiries/ quote/ order process.
• Contribute to the Quality Management System and enforcing the company's Health and Safety procedures on site.

This Design Engineer role is a Monday-Friday shift pattern, salary is advertised at up to £45,000 DOE.
