An opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a market leading manufacturing site, you will be reacting to breakdowns and minimising downtime in an environment where meeting time critical deadlines is a daily occurrence.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Fault find on PLC’s, AC / DC Drives, motors, pumps, compressed air and chilled water process equipment.
- Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Report maintenance activities
- Deal with breakdowns in a timely manner
- Have a health and safety mindset
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer who has the following skills and experiences:
About You
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical, BTEC level 3 in mechanical & electrical/electronic engineering).
- A proven track record in an engineering and fault-finding role gained from a Manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Assertive with the ability to make decisions on the spot.
- A can do attitude and a strong work ethic.
