A growing food manufacturing company based in the Sebly area is looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join the business.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
- Work closely with the Production Teams to diagnose and resolve operational engineering issues.
- Supporting the planned preventative maintenance programme.
- Ensuring that the two operations run efficiently and downtime is minimised.
- Support the Maintenance Manager to drive a culture of continuous improvement and deliver on agreed engineering maintenance projects

The salary is advertised up to £40k depending on experience, plus any potential additional paid overtime. As Maintenance Engineer you will be working 5 days a week, ideally to include Saturdays with a day off Monday – Friday and with some flexibility around start and finish times.
I am really keen to see your CV if you are a time served Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of a level 3 qualification in an engineering field, with an electrical bias and had experience within the food sector previously. You will like to work at speed and be able to think on your feet and be a creative and diligent Maintenance Engineer.
