A well established and growing food company based in Malton are recruiting for a Site Services Team Leader. The successful Site Services Team Leader will be a hands-on engineer who has mentored or supervised other engineers on shift previously and ideally you will have worked within the food or FMCG sectors.  

As Site Services Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Leading, managing and developing the sites services engineering team in order to provide a responsive, professional and quality-aware engineering maintenance service.
• Ensuring maximum operational effectiveness from equipment and facilities, through the introduction of new systems and procedures.
• Balancing team management with a hands-on practical approach to engineering issues on site.

Suitable Site Services Team Leaders will have worked within the food/ FMCG sector previously and have supervisory experience and can effectively manage a team of engineers.  Able to delegate jobs and is a competent decision-maker.  As Site Services Team Leader you will be expected to work 12-hour days on a 4on/off basis and salary is £41,200 and advertised at £43,000 to cover overtime.  Benefits include a competitive salary, good holiday entitlement, competitive contributory pension, and life assurance scheme.
