A well established and growing food company based in Hull is recruiting for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to provide direction and support to a team of multiskilled engineers.

The successful Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for;

• Developing the Engineering team to be capable, competent and motivated.
• Providing learning opportunities for team, and formal PDR’s to monitor progress.
• Planning, scheduling and organising engineering activities as required.
• Completing and developing the site CMMS system for all work recording and Planned Maintenance requirements.
• Working to high standards of work and Good Manufacturing Practice ensuring a clean and tidy work area at all times, including audits of toolboxes, workshops and PM work.

The right Engineering Supervisor will have worked within the food/ FMCG sector previously and have supervisory experience and can effectively manage a team of engineers.  Able to delegate jobs and is a competent decision-maker.  The shifts are 4on/off days only and the salary is advertised up to £44,000, made up of £43,000 basic plus any paid overtime.
