A well established and growing food company based in Grimsby is recruiting for an Engineering Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager with experience in the food industry to join a young company that is experiencing a lot of success within their marketplace and set to undergo huge growth.

As Engineering Manager, you will responsible for;

• Leading and developing a maintenance team, while also conducting maintenance tasks when required.
• Implementing and driving a PPM schedule and cover breakdowns.
• Heavily focussing on new/continuous improvement projects

Suitable Engineering Managers will have worked within the food sector previously and have managerial experience and can effectively manage a team of engineers, along with supporting qualifications within engineering.  Able to delegate jobs and is a competent decision-maker, while working towards taking the team to the next level.  As Engineering Manager, you will be working in a days based role.
