A leading global manufacturer based in Scarborough is looking for a strong support engineer to join their team. The successful support engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal teams and will include:
The role of the Support Engineer will include:
- Providing technical support on the full range of products to external customers
- Training customers at their site and troubleshooting company product installation on site
- Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams
- Maintaining reports and preparation of technical documents
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on technical products
- Flexibility to travel internationally
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, ideally with electric/electronic engineering qualifications or the equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience. Have fantastic IT skills and good overall engineering knowledge. Ideally you will be a strong communicator, confident with your abilities and keen to join a great leading company.
