Mid Level Java Developer - Oxford- Remote working - £50K
Austin Fraser are proud to be representing a software business that has development at its core! Throughout the pandemic it has continued to grow and hire exceptional talent and they are on the look out for a junior Java Developer to start ASAP. Could you be their next recruit?
This business has worked with Austin Fraser for many years and the feedback we gain from our placements is always complimentary, positive and they say it’s a great place to work. Numerous engineers also say that they leave at the end of the day with satisfaction that they have made a difference and that they have a degree of autonomy in their roles.
We are continuing recruitment at fast speeds during the pandemic and the company is completing interviews remotely as well as on boarding.
This position would be in a small but very talented team and offers any junior engineer a good challenge to grow and learn from others. The structure also allows promotional opportunities and profession in the future.
If you are bored in your role, lacking growth opportunities or looking for a new challenge, get in touch.
The experience we are looking for is;
– Java Server-side development experience
- Spring
- MySQL
- Opportunity/Willingness to learn new technologies - They are a functional programming company so you will be able to learn Scala and other exciting languages.
My client appreciates the fact that not everyone would have worked with all of these technologies so applications welcome from candidates with a different technical background who have a willingness to adapt.
In return for your expertise, you would join an organisation that has rewarded its staff with lots of benefits.
Flexible working (3/4 Days Remote) - Remote working is a must right now but they are of the mindset that you will work where you are productive for the foreseeable future and that’s why 4 days remote is a standard for all when COVID PASSES (if you want to work remotely that is!).
